  3. This 32-level Doom2 WAD is the first (and only)
  4. Mac-made conversion WAD.

  6. The Macintosh Team is a group of 7 MacDoom players
  7. and authors who have
  8. organized to bring you Realm of Chaos, a collection
  9. of first-rate Doom2
  10. levels. Doom map editors were made available to
  11. Macintosh users in early
  12. 1996; after a few months of individual authoring
  13. and uploading, seven of
  14. the best MacDoom authors were recruited to form TMT
  15. and work on the Realm
  16. of Chaos WAD. In total, the project took 6 months.
  17. Note:
  18. This package contains 3 items: the levels/graphics
  19. WAD ("RlmChaos.WAD"),
  20. an optional sprites  WAD ("Rlmsprt.WAD"), and this
  21. readme ("RlmChaos.txt").
  22. If you want to use the new sprites, the sprites WAD
  23. must be inflated
  24. (using WADenizer or DeUSF) and then loaded with the
  25. levels/graphics WAD.
  26. Also, MacDoomers make sure the files end in ".WAD"
  27. in all-caps.
